Obviously, the top table will not work for all orders especially when orders have items other than just fabric that are heavy or oversized - we will then use the lower table to adjust shipping costs as needed. Many more times than not, we can use the flat-rate USPS envelopes and boxes. That said, please know that we review every order to be processed and make manual adjustments - striving to give you the lowest shipping rate possible. If questions or concerns, please write or call!

The United States Post Office has two flat-rate boxes (no matter what the weight or zone). The two boxes measure 11 7/8" x 3 3/8" x 13 5/8" and 11" x 8 1/2" x 5 1/2". We will use these boxes whenever possible to lower your shipping rate on any orders over 7.5 yards. On average, we can fit up to 30 yards into one of these boxes (not including flannels).

We make it our goal to ship every order within 24-48 hours of receiving it. We make every effort to ship your order so that it will arrive to your home or business unharmed - your order is shipped in plastic to avoid shipping mishaps (broken toner cartridges, ink spillage, etc).

*Please Note: Up to 7.5 yards of cotton fabric or 3.5 yards of flannels is the maximum that will fit into a large Priority flat rate envelope. The US Post Offices are calling a halt to our "over-stuffing" flat-rate envelopes - Sorry!

OVERSEAS

We ship Global Priority Mail to all countries that are on the Global Priority system. A Global Priority Mail shipment of up to 4 pounds and that will fit into the USPS large flat rate envelope, will be shipped to Canada or Mexico for $9.50 or, for large orders, in a flat-rate box for $23.00. All other countries will be charged $11.50 for a flat-rate envelope or, for large orders, $37.00 for a flat-rate box. We will ship surface insured upon request.

*Please Note: Up to 7.5 yards of cotton fabric or 3.5 yards of flannels is the maximum that will fit into a large Global Priority flat rate envelope. Please email us if you wish us to provide you with an estimated shipping quote.

NON-GLOBAL PRIORITY COUNTRIES

Shipping prices to non-Global Priority Mail countries can vary widely. Hungary, Romania, Greece, and Italy have known theft problems within their postal services, so we will ship to these countries airmail insured and you must pay the full postage and insurance. We will contact you before shipping, because postage to these countries is expensive. If it is your wish that we ship global priority we will, but, we will not guarantee delivery. If it is stolen enroute, we will NOT make good on orders of known problem countries.

We DO NOT ship to Nigeria.

Large orders will be shipped surface insured and we will charge you actual cost plus insurance.
